Hello! My name is Russell Ladd, and I am a software engineer.
I wrote my first game for the PC at the age of twelve, burned copies to disks, and sold them door to door around my neighborhood on my bike.
I developed my first iOS app called Polyfactor when I was thirteen, and I released Blatch, a matching game for the iPad, at the age of fifteen. At sixteen, I digitized a local elementary school's spelling curriculum by developing an educational word sorting application called Cards. I expanded my vision for powerful educational software the following year.
I majored in Computer Science at the University of Michigan and graduated in April, 2017.
I now live and work in the Bay Area.
